We were sucessful in getting the original planning decision overtuned by the Secretary of State.
Even though the Secretary of State quashed the original enquiry in its entirety, the Planning Inspectorate we keen to re-appoint the same Inspector and only require them to examine two specific aspects relating to the original enquiry.
Quite simply, we didn't think that was fair.
Thanks to your support, we have now got a new inspector and have the right to present new evidence relating to any aspect of the enquiry.
